In just 2 days you recruits will complete 10 training sessions of 1+ hrs duration
Training Sessions will push you to your teams limits both physically & mentally and encourage participants to function as a cohesive unit.

WE USE THE SAME OBSTACLE COURSE AS USED IN THE "MELBOURNE TOUGH BLOKE CHALLENGE".
All Sporting codes are welcome. a Minimum booking 20 recruits applies.

Boot Camp Cost between $200 and $250 p.p. depending on numbers - What Your team Gets
  •     2 full days of fitness training, team building exercises and development
  •     Accommodation (Cabin/Dormitory style)
  •     Fitness Assessment

Items to bring to Boot Camp
  •     Several changes of underwear & training clothes
  •     Some old runners you don’t mind getting wet & spare pair
  •     A working torch with reliable batteries for night time challenge
  •     Insect Repellent and Sunscreen
  •     Hat and Raincoat
  •     Boxing gloves & wraps (we will supply if you do not have them)
  •     Bathers
  •     Towel x 3
  •     Water bottle
  •     Pajamas
  •     Personal hygiene items IE deodorant & toiletries, Thongs for shower
  •     All Bedding (Pillow, pillow case, sleeping bag or sheets & blankets)
  •     Bag for dirty laundry
  •     If you have any medical conditions please supply Doctors clearance letter
